Products and Services

My products are Readings of Spiritual Guidance which are either carried out remotely by responding to links on this site, or at a live venue. Remote readings are recorded onto a CD and usually posted to the client within 5 days of receiving the request, or are transcribed and then attached to an email. Live readings at shows are recorded on the spot with the cllient present, who is able to ask questions as necessary. Readings can also be carried out at the client's home, as long as there is a minimum of 3 people requiring readings.

By law reading are defined as a scientific experiment. Readings are not specific to time or place and the context of the reading can be open to interpretation. The reader has no liability on any future action you may personally take as these actions are solely of your own choosing and responsibility. However, all due care in making your reading as meaningful as possible to you will be taken.

Delivery Policy

Delivery of all products which are ordered through the website PayPal links will be despatched within 5 days of us receiving the order. Should there be any delay on this timescale, the client will be informed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order if the new date of delivery is unsuitable. No money will be taken until the reading is recorded for despatch. Live Readings and home readings are collected by the client at the time of the recording.

Cancellation Policy

Clients ordering remote readings are only able to cancel their order within 24hours of placing it. It must be understood that a reading of guidance is highly personalised to that particular client and is worthless to anyone else. Clients for live readings and home readings can cancel a booking at any time right up to the point of the reading. Once the reading has commenced it is not possible to then cancel. A group home booking must be cancelled more than 24 hours before the time of the first reading.

Returns and Refunds

Any defective CD's where the sound quality is distorted will be exchanged for a new item, free of charge.
