This is a general workshop which will help you to understand better how to work with Spirit (and your inner self).

I will take you through an understanding of where each of the various spirits lie in relation to their own power, and to you enlisting their help when you really need it.

You will find our who your own current spirit guide is and why they are working with you. This will enable you do hold an almost normal conversation with them every day.

You will also understand how to work with the Angels and Elementals and appreciate what role they actually play.

Like all my courses, they are hands on and you are expected to do some of the work so that you can learn with confidence.

Finally there are exercises for you to do at home afterwards so that you can keep your hand in. I finish with a short meditation and analysis of anything you may have seen during it.
