Privacy Policy

We do not store any sort of financial information on any person or persons that contact us or are offering payment for services.

We will only accept payment for any services through the PayPal link. PayPal do not pass on any information about you other than the amount you have paid and your address so that we can send the goods.

Credit card and bank details are retained by them on their secure site and are not available to us at any time.

The only other information that we may keep is the information that is sent on an application form on our site and which is freely given by you.

Any information we hold on any person will not, under any circumstances be passed on to another person or company, unless so required by the law prevailing at the time.

In case of loss in the post or distortion of the recording, readings recorded on CD are retained by us for a period of 6 months and then disposed of. Email readings are retained for a similar amount of time. The information on these is not made available to anyone other than the client for whom the reading was commissioned.
